Anthony (Tony) Finch was the leader of the team that carried out the feasibility study which led to the establishment of KVTC in 1992. In July 2022 Tony and his wife Lucy, paid KVTC a visit to see what had become of his dream 30 years later. This video captures some of the moments of their 2 day visit.
